52!

Terms of Use & Prize Rules

Last updated: 26 August 2026

By playing 52! (factorial52.com) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Who runs this site. 52! is operated by factorial52, Portugal. Contact: privacy@factorial52.com.

1. The game

52! is a free game of chance and observation. Two decks are shuffled and turned over card by card. Nothing is for sale: there is no purchase, no subscription, no in-game currency, and no way to pay for anything at all — neither to play, nor to play more, nor to improve your odds.

2. Your account

3. Fair play

The shuffle happens on our server and is committed before you play, so results cannot be altered afterwards. You agree not to:

We may suspend or delete accounts, and void scores, that break these rules. A round in which all 52 cards are guessed correctly is astronomically improbable and will always be reviewed manually before it counts.

4. Prize promotions

From time to time we may run a promotion with a real prize. When one is running, its prize, period and qualifying criteria are shown in the game. The following rules apply to all of them.

By taking part you agree that your public username and score may be shown on the prize standings. Your email is never shown publicly.

5. Availability

The game is provided “as is” and free of charge. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or discontinue it. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

6. Advertising

There are no ads today. If we add them, they will be marked as advertising and will not change the game’s odds or the outcome of any promotion. See the Privacy Policy for how consent will be handled.

7. Intellectual property

The 52! name, design and code belong to the operator. The playing card artwork is the English pattern deck by Dmitry Fomin, released into the public domain (CC0).

8. Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without affecting the consumer protection rights of your country of residence.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change. Continuing to play after an update means you accept it. Rules of a promotion already running will not be changed to your disadvantage.
